We can tear out the existing asphalt and create a clean surface for the new asphalt. Prior to adding the asphalt, we add quality base materials like cement-treated base and CR 610 limestone base. We then add the asphalt for a complete, clean look to any parking lot. 

Asphalt patching is usually done over areas that have potholes. We fill the area with the asphalt mix and ensure it ends up with a smooth surface. Potholes occur when water slips into the cracks and when it freezes, it expands and enlarges the crack.
